Beth has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years and is a trainer and developer. She’s a coauthor of Microsoft Office Professional 2013 Step by Step, Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 Step by Step, and Microsoft Office Word 2007 Inside Out. She also authors articles for various websites and newsletters and has been a Microsoft MVP since October 2000 and is a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor.
Beth’s speaking engagements range from audiences with attendance from 25 – 1,800 people. From luncheons and user groups to professional development sessions and conferences. Her most notable engagement was a guest presenter for former Microsoft Business Division President, Stephen Elop, during his keynote at the 2010 Microsoft MVP Global Summit in Redmond, WA.
